When you place an order you will receive confirmation of your order and confirmation of despatch via email. It is essential therefore that you please make sure that the email address you provide is correct and working properly.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that product and price details are correctly displayed on the Decadent Jewellery website we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy
All products displayed on the Decadent Jewellery website are subject to availability and include VAT.
Prices and stock are not contractually confirmed until you receive the confirmation of despatch sent to the email account provided by you. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and Decadent Accessories Ltd through this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Delivery
Please see our delivery page for further information regarding timings and costs of delivery. We will always do our utmost to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.
Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We offer a 7-day no questions asked money back guarantee! This allows you to return your goods and receive an exchange or full refund (postage costs are not included).
We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Providing the Jewellery is received complete and in perfect packaging we will provide you with a refund or exchange.
